Hi, I’m Dr. Tiffany Shelton Mariolle, The Manifesting Psychologist and Founder of modAmbition!

Time Management Strategies That Actually Work

Does it feel like time passes you by and at the end of the day you find yourself wishing you had just a little more time to get things done?

In this podcast, you will learn time management strategies that actually work!

By the end of this episode, you will know time management hacks like how to automate your life with systems and my favorite time management and organizational tools and apps.

I personally use these strategies to tackle my to-do list and have more time for what I truly value and I can’t wait to share these strategies with you!

Hey moguls, Wasting time is running rampant these days. 31% of employees waste around 30 minutes a day and the top 10 percentile waste upwards of 3 hours in the average workday.

And even if you don’t find yourself wasting time, you might be amongst the many women that find that time runs away faster than you can get everything done.

And I totally get this feeling! Becoming a mom catapulted my need for time optimization. Before I had kids I was pretty efficient and certainly prided myself on productivity. I woke up early, I prioritized my self-care, and I juggled getting a Ph.D., teaching, and building a business on the side. Oh, I thought I had my ish together for sure. But low and behold when I became a mother, I had to cope with my time not belonging to only me and had to juggle my own needs with those of my kids all the while accepting that there are only 24 hours in the day. And you might have heard me talk in a previous podcast about accepting the season you are in and adjusting your time expectations according to your session. But best believe right now is grind season for me and I had to find ways to hone time management strategies that actually work. My kids are both in daycare, they're both sleeping through the night, and at the same time of raising two little people, mama is also lifting a new business from the ground up. So long story short, I don’t have time to waste. So just like I leaned into my previous season of life with a newborn that required slowing down, right now I’m leaning into a season of life that is calling me to stand up and show up.

Tony Morgan said it perfectly. He said, “You get to decide where your time goes. You can either spend it moving forward, or you can spend it putting out fires. You decide. And if you don’t decide, others will decide for you.”

So I today will be sharing:
