modAmbition Terms of Service

· @Tiffany Shelton

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Welcome to modAmbition. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of modambition.com, our landing and registration pages, our free trainings and webinars, our emails and text messages, and any free or paid content we offer (together, the "Site" and "Services"). The Site and Services are owned and operated by modAmbition, LLC ("modAmbition," "we," "us," or "our"), led by Dr. Tiffany Shelton.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting the Site, registering for a training, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or Services.

1. Other policies that apply

These Terms work together with the following policies, which are part of these Terms:

  • Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information
  • Our Mobile Terms of Service, which apply if you sign up for text messages
  • Any program specific terms you agree to when you purchase a paid program, such as the Systemize Your Goals Accelerator Terms of Service

If program specific terms conflict with these Terms, the program specific terms control for that program.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Who may use the Site

The Site and Services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Accessing the Site

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice. We aren't responsible if the Site is unavailable for any period of time. If you create an account or receive login details for any part of our Services, you're responsible for keeping that information private and for any activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, not to violate any laws in your location (including copyright laws), and not to upload or send any virus or other harmful code. Breaking any of these Terms may result in immediate loss of access to our Services.

5. Free trainings, webinars, and replays

When you register for a free training or webinar, you'll receive event details and reminders by email, and by text message if you choose to provide your phone number. Event dates, times, content, and bonuses may change. Replays, when offered, are available for a limited time and may be removed without notice. Bonuses offered to live attendees may not be included in a replay.

Live trainings may be recorded. If you join a live training, your name and anything you share in the chat or Q&A may appear in the recording. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and avoid sharing personal details in the chat.

At the end of a free training, we may share information about our paid programs. Attending a free training never obligates you to purchase anything.

6. Coaching and education, not therapy

Dr. Tiffany Shelton is a licensed psychologist. Through modAmbition, she works only as a coach and educator, and she isn't acting as a psychologist in any of our Services.

Our trainings, programs, emails, and other content are coaching and education. They aren't psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice, and using them doesn't create a psychologist and client relationship or any other healthcare relationship. Our content isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

If you need mental health or medical support, please reach out to a qualified professional in your area. If you're in crisis or experiencing an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.

7. For educational and informational purposes only

Everything we share, including references to brain science, productivity research, and our frameworks, is for general educational and informational purposes. It isn't legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Please talk with a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it's complete, accurate, or up to date. You're responsible for how you use what you learn.

8. No guaranteed results

Your results depend on many things we don't control, including your effort, your circumstances, and how you apply what you learn. We don't promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including hours saved, income earned, promotions, business growth, or goals achieved.

9. Testimonials and client results

Testimonials and client stories on our Site and in our trainings come from real clients. They describe those clients' individual experiences, and they aren't typical or guaranteed results. Some testimonials may be shortened for length. Where we share numbers such as client retention or reported hours saved, those reflect our own client data and past experience, and they don't predict your results.

10. Email communications

When you register for a training, download a free resource, or buy from us, you agree to receive emails from modAmbition. These may include event details and reminders, educational content, and information about our programs and products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

11. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from modAmbition, including event reminders and information about our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of any purchase. Our full Mobile Terms of Service apply to all text messages.

12. Purchases, payment plans, and refunds

Paid programs and products are governed by the terms you agree to at purchase or enrollment, including any refund policy or guarantee described there. Unless those terms say otherwise, all sales of digital products and programs are final because you receive access right away.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete every scheduled payment, even if you stop using the program. Missed payments may result in loss of access. Refunds, when they apply, are processed through our payment processor, and if you receive a refund, your license to use that program's materials ends.

13. Online store orders, pricing, and products

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products and services to you.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, and we may limit quantities per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to let you know using the email, phone, or billing address you gave us. You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it up to date.

Prices and availability. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may change or stop offering any product or service at any time. If a price or description is listed in error, we may correct it and cancel any affected order.

Payment information. Card information is always encrypted during transfer. Other information you send through the Site may pass over various networks unencrypted.

Digital products. Templates, Notion systems, planners, and other downloadable resources are delivered electronically, following the instructions you receive at purchase.

Physical products. Physical products depend on availability. Colors and images may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Returns and shipping. Refunds, returns, and shipping follow our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

14. Our intellectual property

Everything on the Site and in our Services, including videos, trainings, slides, workbooks, templates, Notion systems, planners, frameworks, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to modAmbition, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We give you a limited, personal, nontransferable license to use our free and paid content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, record, share, resell, distribute, publish, teach, or create competing products from any of our content without our written permission. Sharing login access or program materials with others isn't allowed.

Our Site and Services may link to or run on third party websites and tools, such as Zoom, Shopify, Klaviyo, Calendly, Wistia, and Notion. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

16. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta pixel), and similar tools to understand how visitors use the Site, measure our marketing, and show relevant ads on other platforms. You can learn more and see your choices in our Privacy Policy.

17. No warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, modAmbition, LLC, Dr. Tiffany Shelton, and our team members, contractors, and affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or Services. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless modAmbition, LLC, Dr. Tiffany Shelton, and our team members, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that come from your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

20. Disputes and arbitration

If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@modambition.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be settled by binding arbitration in Colorado, on an individual basis. You and modAmbition each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. Either of us may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you're responsible for following your local laws.

22. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or Services at any time if you violate these Terms or act in a way that harms our community, our team, or our business.

23. General terms

These Terms, together with the policies listed in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and modAmbition about the Site and Services. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, that doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
